With a career spanning 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with organizations across diverse industries, from Technology to leading Defense Contractors. My professional journey has been rich and multifaceted, including experience in Project Management, Human Resources, Research, and Administrative Management, equipping me with a holistic perspective on organizational strategy and people operations.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in International Business, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, enabling me to bring both academic rigor and practical insight to every consulting engagement.
As the CEO and Founder of Prosperity One HR Consulting, LLC, I help organizations navigate the complexities of today’s workforce—designing strategic HR solutions, optimizing talent management, and driving meaningful workforce transformation.
