Hi, I’m Stephanie Jones, CEO and Founder of Prosperity One HR Consulting, LLC. As the future of work becomes increasingly complex in a world that is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA), I embarked on this journey to help organizations navigate change while putting people at the center of strategy. I partner with leaders to design forward-thinking HR solutions, optimize talent, and drive workforce transformation—enabling organizations to thrive, adapt, and succeed in an ever-evolving landscape.
My Story
With a career spanning 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with organizations across diverse industries, from Technology to leading Defense Contractors. My professional journey has been rich and multifaceted, including experience in Project Management, Human Resources, Research, and Administrative Management, equipping me with a holistic perspective on organizational strategy and people operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in International Business, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, enabling me to bring both academic rigor and practical insight to every consulting engagement.
